Lifeskills has unique theatrical scenarios which provide a realistic learning environment. These include houses, a road, shop, electricity substation, dark alleyway, building site and railway line.
Participants make their way through the scenarios learning and demonstrating safety skills and experiencing emergency situations, including practising emergency 999 calls, discovering and reacting to a house fire, carrying out first aid and experiencing the consequences of trespassing on a railway line – all made very realistic with the use of light, sound and wind effects.
Lifeskills currently runs five different programmes which are specifically designed to educate Year 6 Primary school children (10-11 years), adults with learning difficulties, children with special educational needs, parents with young children and older people.
Please Note – Lifeskills is not open to the general public.
